1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 100l5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 100l5 website, mobile web platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and related features (collectively, "the Services").

By creating a 100l5 account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, accepting a bonus, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 100l5 platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and 100l5.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Age Requirement. The 100l5 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close an account where age cannot be verified or where the account holder is found to be under 18.

Geographic Eligibility. 100l5 is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 100l5 makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use in locations other than Bangladesh.

Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a 100l5 account:

• Persons under the age of 18;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of 100l5 or its affiliates;
• Immediate family members of 100l5 employees residing in the same household;
• Persons who have previously been permanently excluded from the platform;
• Persons accessing the platform via automated software, bots, or scripts.

Single Account Requirement. Each eligible individual may hold only one active 100l5 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 100l5 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all associated wagers, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements. To access the full range of 100l5 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify 100l5 promptly if any registered details change.

Identity Verification (KYC). 100l5 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back;
• Valid passport — photo page;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account matching the registered mobile number).

Documents must be legible, unedited, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. 100l5 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete or unclear submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100l5 login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online account;
• Enable OTP-based two-factor authentication where available;
• Log out of the platform when using a shared or public device;
• Notify 100l5 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

100l5 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. Any activity conducted through your account before you notify 100l5 of unauthorised access will be treated as having been authorised by you.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. 100l5 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Cashier page within your 100l5 account.

Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 100l5 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 100l5 balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to reflect, subject to the processing times of the originating bank. 100l5 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's bank.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 100l5 payments team. Completed KYC verification is required before withdrawals above the KYC threshold are released. 100l5 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, subject to the matching of account ownership details.

Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment accounts, credit cards belonging to others, or funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

Currency. All transactions on 100l5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player balances. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside the control of 100l5 and are your responsibility.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

General Bonus Conditions. From time to time, 100l5 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and other promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus conditions as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated explicitly on the promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as cash.

Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slot games, crash games, and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated on the relevant promotion terms page.

Bonus Abuse. 100l5 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Using a bonus in conjunction with low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game play risk;
• Colluding with other players to artificially complete bonus requirements;
• Claiming bonuses using payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

Where bonus abuse is detected, 100l5 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

Promotional Validity. Bonuses are valid for the time period stated on each promotion. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds that have exceeded their validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 100l5 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 100l5 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stakes where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, odds manipulation, or data errors.

Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay to prevent exploitation of data latency. Bets placed on incorrect live odds due to technical errors may be voided at 100l5's discretion.

Casino and Slot Games. All casino games, slot titles, and crash games available on 100l5 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is provided by the game's provider and is available within the game's information panel. 100l5 does not alter RTP settings from provider-specified values.

Bet Confirmation. A bet is considered confirmed and final once the platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed during periods of technical failure that did not receive a confirmation reference will be treated as void. 100l5 is not responsible for bets that failed to confirm due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits apply per sport, market, and game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant product section. 100l5 reserves the right to enforce maximum winnings limits at any time.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the 100l5 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from the following prohibited conduct:

• Providing false information at registration or at any point during account ownership, including false identity documents, false age, or false payment method ownership;
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or operating an account as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any other automated means to interact with the 100l5 platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform in connection with any proceeds of criminal activity;
• Colluding with other players in casino card games, poker variants, or team-based betting strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Charging back or reversing deposits through your payment provider after using the funds to wager on the platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 100l5 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

100l5 reserves the right to monitor player activity, review account history, and share information with relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is suspected. Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your 100l5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the closure request, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

Suspension by 100l5. 100l5 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Ongoing KYC verification review;
• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Unresolved disputed transactions with a payment provider;
• Legal or regulatory obligation to suspend the account.

Permanent Closure by 100l5. 100l5 may permanently close an account and void all associated balances, bonuses, and pending wagers where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age;
• The account holder has provided false identity information;
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms have been confirmed;
• The account is found to be a duplicate of another existing account;
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been confirmed against the account.

Self-Exclusion. If you wish to take a break from gambling, 100l5 offers self-exclusion options of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and marketing communications will be suspended. Dispute Resolution. If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any decision made by 100l5 in relation to your account, bonus, wager settlement, or balance, please contact our support team in the first instance. 100l5 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days.

Amendments to These Terms. 100l5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available at 100l5.net/terms-conditions.
